Responsibility
- ensure that the service is compliant with all CQC regulations, standards and guidelines
- manage the day-to-day running of the service, including the delivery of care services to clients
- provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality care services
- develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families and stakeholders
- ensure that all care plans are person-centered and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client
- oversee the recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring that they are fully trained and competent to deliver care services
- ensure that all staff members are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities and comply with CQC regulations
- manage and monitor the service budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently
Requirements
- registered Manager with a current CQC registration
- experience in managing a care service, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services
- excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, standards and guidelines
- strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families and stakeholders
- good understanding of care planning and risk assessment
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- excellent IT skills, with the ability to use relevant software applications and systems
