Responsibility

  • ensure that the service is compliant with all CQC regulations, standards and guidelines
  • manage the day-to-day running of the service, including the delivery of care services to clients
  • provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality care services
  • develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families and stakeholders
  • ensure that all care plans are person-centered and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client
  • oversee the recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring that they are fully trained and competent to deliver care services
  • ensure that all staff members are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities and comply with CQC regulations
  • manage and monitor the service budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently

Requirements

  • registered Manager with a current CQC registration
  • experience in managing a care service, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services
  • excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, standards and guidelines
  • strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families and stakeholders
  • good understanding of care planning and risk assessment
  • strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • excellent IT skills, with the ability to use relevant software applications and systems
