Responsibility
ensure that the service is compliant with all CQC regulations, standards and guidelines
manage the day-to-day running of the service, including the delivery of care services to clients
provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality care services
develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families and stakeholders
ensure that all care plans are person-centered and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client
oversee the recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring that they are fully trained and competent to deliver care services
ensure that all staff members are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities and comply with CQC regulations
manage and monitor the service budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently
Requirements
registered Manager with a current CQC registration
experience in managing a care service, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services
excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, standards and guidelines
strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families and stakeholders
good understanding of care planning and risk assessment
strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
excellent IT skills, with the ability to use relevant software applications and systems
