Responsibility
administer and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
collaborate with our existing IT contractors to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement necessary solutions
manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure data integrity and compliance
work with existing suppliers to develop and grow our IT platforms to support the business needs
provide administrative support to the existing office staff in running and setting up services and customers within the systems
work with the key stakeholders to plan the IT and systems strategies to meet business needs
provide technical support to staff members, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
provide training and guidance to staff members on computer systems and software applications with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
strong technical skills with a solid understanding of computer systems, SOHO networks, and software applications
proficient in administering and troubleshooting Windows operating systems
familiarity with administering Microsoft 365 and cloud services
excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
prior experience in the holiday property rental industry or a similar field is a plus
prior experience with holiday rental booking systems, wordpress or similar an advantage but not essential
strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members at all levels of technical proficiency while providing exceptional customer service
