Responsibility

  • hours of work Monday to Friday - actual hours to be agreed
  • all general office administration and PA support to Director
  • log all jobs in the engineers’ diaries
  • book parts on the system from deliveries and contact the relevant person that ordered the parts to confirm delivery
  • monitor energy usage at the unit
  • recording all sickness and holidays, scheduling in the diary
  • monitoring system alerts and booking calibrations and LOLER testing on equipment when due
  • complete new Customer Supplier Forms
