Responsibility

  • A Boat Repair Company based in South Shields requires an assistant boat repairer to maintain vessels going through maintenance periods
  • other duties include fork lift driving. Training will be provided
  • type of vessels range from local ferries, pilot boats etc. as well as working on site around the North East
  • the candidate must have a full driving licence and preferably experience working on vessels
  • ability to work within a small team, helping each other, this position will involve painting, cleaning and general work required when maintenance periods are underway
