  • we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team
  • conduct research , and technical analyses to drive innovative design solutions and optimize product performance
  • utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to create detailed design documentation, including 3D models, technical drawings, and specifications
  • arteo is a dynamic and forward-thinking rail design company that specialises in crafting innovative, and functional rail solutions for various transportation systems. With a passion for engineering excellence and creativity
  • perform thorough analysis, simulation, and testing to verify design integrity, identify potential issues, and recommend necessary modifications or improvements
  • help and guidance for junior engineers, providing technical guidance, expertise, and support throughout the design and development process

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent . Master's degree is a plus
  • proven experience in design engineering, preferably in a senior level
  • strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
  • in-depth knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
  • excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
  • strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines
  • demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and develop junior engineers
  • familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is preferred
