Responsibility

  • providing administrative support liaising with both customers and suppliers
  • emailing customer invoices
  • requesting supplier goods
  • liaising with field-based colleagues providing them with office-based support
  • working for a busy book manufacturing business you will report predominantly to the Office Manager, working closely assisting with daily tasks to support the smooth operation of the business
  • updating internal systems
  • extracting data and reports from internal systems as required
  • providing customer quotes

Requirements

  • previous administrative/office experience in any industry
  • confident, friendly and professional
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • good IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office
  • attention to detail
  • strong organisation, self-motivation and prioritisation skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • ability to work in a busy office environment
