working for a busy book manufacturing business you will report predominantly to the Office Manager, working closely assisting with daily tasks to support the smooth operation of the business
updating internal systems
extracting data and reports from internal systems as required
providing customer quotes
Requirements
previous administrative/office experience in any industry
confident, friendly and professional
excellent verbal and written communication skills
good IT skills, including good knowledge of MS Office
attention to detail
strong organisation, self-motivation and prioritisation skills
A positive can-do attitude
ability to work in a busy office environment
