Responsibility

  • service Delivery 1. To manage the facilities management service for the UEL areas of operation either by contractors or UHS EFCD provision. 2. To communicate and receive highly complex information to all stakeholders associated with UEL estates
  • to ensure the compliant management and operation of all UEL estates and FM. To utilise specialist knowledge to ensure legal and health and safety compliance. 4
  • 20. Support UEL Estates processes and deputise on occasion for UEL Head of Estates Other Duties 1. Effectively manage the FM budget for their areas of responsibility and oversight of the wider UEL budget management. 2
