Responsibility
- independently conduct business negotiations and reach cooperation with merchants, be responsible for information collection, product training, platform background operation
- regular merchant visits, apply for and timely layout/replace merchant materials for merchants, understand the real problems of merchants, propose solutions and suggestions according to the different needs of merchants, and actively solve the problems and emergencies encountered by merchants in their daily operations
- according to the needs of merchants and data indicators, through collaboration with colleagues in the marketing department, delivery department and other departments, promote the increase of merchant transaction volume and order numbers
- manage and maintain a healthy and stable strategic partnership between merchants and the platform, optimize merchant experience, and achieve a win-win cooperation between both parties
