Responsibility

  • we are seeking an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join our team, providing support and advice to UDP’s employees
  • the HR Advisor will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organisation
  • this includes overseeing employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, HR policies and procedures
  • deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business through coaching and mentoring managers on all people issues
  • provide guidance on development for managers and their teams
  • implementing the training and development agenda through the identification of training needs of all employees
  • utilities Design and Planning are a Salford based Traffic Management and Civil Engineering company established in 1996 initially formed to provide design services to high voltage electricity replacement schemes
  • manage talent and succession planning by taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns

Requirements

  • CIPD membership essential
  • minimum CIPD Level 5 preferred
  • experience working with HR Software
  • human resources: 2 years
