Responsibility
- design and deploy network solutions and enhancements to existing network deployments, software, and operating systems
- you will be a problem-solver, passionate about networking
- you will be a SME for other members of the team whose speciality is not networking
- effectively communicate with customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing
- diagnose and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues
- own each customer case from initial creation to resolution
- you will diagnose problems and troubleshooting issues across a number of technologies & vendors such as VMWare, Cisco SD-WAN, HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki , Palo Alto along with some more traditional/legacy network support
- collaborate with other support team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues on customers' devices
