plan and coordinate sales campaigns and promotional events
stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Requirements
proven experience in door-to-door residential sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
previous experience in a leadership or management role is highly desirable
strong interpersonal and communication skills
excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals
self-motivated and driven to succeed
knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management software
ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
