- keeping a wide and balanced menu that is still good quality and homemade
- we are currently looking for a CDP/ Junior Sous to join our team at The Tywarnhayle Inn, Perranporth, which is already well staffed and established
- our Kitchen has recently had a 250k refurbishment with all new equipment and extraction to meet our growth in the future and ensure a 5\* rating in a good working environment
- serving lunch and dinner in winter, breakfast, lunch and dinner from Easter to mid September
- experience and Skills required
