Education

  • certificate of Higher Education

Requirements

  • proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is strongly preferred
  • proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • strong communication skills
  • able to effectively multi-task and take responsibility for organising their own time
  • ability to work independently without distracting our other work force
  • ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • able to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation
