Responsibility

  • job Title Operations Manager
  • day to day management of the operations team. Including work allocation , regular support and direct supervision
  • job Location TRT maintains an office at Shawwell Business Centre, Corbridge, NE45 5PE
  • role can be based partially from home following a flexible working policy
  • lead the development and management of the operations team annual budget, working closely with the Finance Manager
  • field visits in all weather conditions will be essential
  • to support the team in maintaining and developing their relationships with project contractors and partners
  • salary band Up to £40k depending on experience

Education

  • certificate of Higher Education

Requirements

  • demonstrable track record of managing a multi-disciplinary high performing team
  • ability to communicate effectively with integrity, tact and diplomacy
  • experience of a collaborative approach to working and building trust throughout the whole team
  • strong track record of problem solving between conflicting priorities
  • operations management: 2 years
