- creation of purchase requisitions for 3rd party repairs and departmental requirements
- maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
- assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- maintaining team training plans and booking external courses as required
- assist in reviewing HSE procedures and policies
