Responsibility

  • the Head Chef is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen
  • this individual will be responsible for developing recipes, ordering and preparing food, and monitoring quality
  • the Head Chef will also be responsible for supervising staff and maintaining sanitation standards
  • oversee all food preparation, service, and dining operations
  • the Head Chef will also be responsible for managing inventory
  • maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment

  • create menus that meet new or existing customers’ needs

Requirements

  • previous experience in a high-volume restaurant with supervisory responsibility preferred
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members to exceed expectations
