- actively seek out new business opportunities, expanding our client base and generating leads
- book market valuations for the office
- collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- ability to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tic Tok
Requirements
- strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- achieve sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- knowledge of the local property market in Diss and surrounding areas
- proficiency in using computers, relevant software and CRM systems
