Responsibility

  • prepare the management accounts pack for the group, ensuring strict compliance with UK regulations
  • conduct regular reviews of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet, identifying variances, trends, and necessary accounting adjustments
  • post monthly accruals and provisions for upcoming costs in consultation with the relevant Heads of Department
  • review month-end activities and bank reconciliations performed by the Finance Assistant
  • prepare the Statutory Annual Accounts for the group following the completion of the financial year
  • support the Head of Accounting in coordinating the interim and year-end external audit process
  • oversee the collation and preparation of invoices for payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
