  • manage sub-contractor vetting ensuring their own insurance, RAMS, accreditation, and employee training are up to date and sufficient
  • implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems, such as record-keeping, filing, and document management
  • ensure the company is compliant
  • coordinate new starter inductions, including organising the appropriate Health and safety briefings
  • manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, inventory management, and maintenance
  • prepare monthly payroll hours for processing
