TW PROPERTY is looking for employees for positions:
- assisting with the sales and lettings process, from initial enquiry through to completion
- conducting property viewings and supporting with market appraisals
- building and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- managing enquiries and providing accurate, timely information to all parties
- supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
- working towards agreed sales and lettings targets under close guidance and supervision
- negotiator experience in a sales or rentals role is preferable but not essential as full training will be given
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organisational abilities, work ethic and attention to detail
- A professional and positive approach to customer service
- willingness to learn and a genuine interest in property and real estate
- the ability to work well under pressure
- no prior experience in estate agency is necessary – full training will be provided
- work well within a small team
