- we are currently seeking Therapeutic/Residential Support Workers on a Full Time basis \* for our Therapeutic Children's home, based in Enfield. \*\
- accepting responsibility for monies as this may be required when carrying out necessary duties
- any other duties as may be required and directed by senior staff

Requirements
- maintaining the development of positive childcare practice in keeping with the aims and objectives of Turning Point Care
- providing a safe, caring, warm, nurturing and supportive environment for the children living with us
- working in a children's home or similar setting: 1 year
- accompanying the young people on outdoor activities when required
- residential Support Work: 2 years
- working in a children's home or similar setting: 2 years
- carrying out duties in line with Turning Point Care policies and procedures and comply with company rules, policies and procedures of the establishment and to respond to emergencies, which may arise within the home
- promoting and encouraging learning by the children living at Turning Point Care to work with the children on educational activities within the home and in the community
