- ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
- clear and reset tables for the next guests
- assist in basic food preparation as needed
Requirements
- previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation is a plus
- ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service
