Responsibility

  • ensure Reception and the office are well-presented at all times
  • assist with special projects, when necessary
  • address all tenants/guests’ complaints, concerns, or incidents in a polite, timely, and responsive manner
  • maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs and contracting landscaping
  • managing tenant screenings and evictions
  • coordinating maintenance schedule with the Maintenance Coordinators/Managers
