Responsibility

  • to lead a shift of care staff
  • ensure all our residents have up to date and maintained person centred care plans
  • ensure a clear on concise handover report is given to relevant staff members during the start and beginning of each shift
  • we are looking for an RGN/ RMN to fill a part time and full time position within our home on our general nursing unit and EMI dementia units
  • administer prescribed medications and document in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • establish and maintain good communication with our residents, the relatives and with the multidisciplinary team
