Responsibility

  • conduct market research to identify potential leads, prospects, and market trends, providing relevant insights and recommendations
  • support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to gather necessary information and deliver appropriate solutions to clients
  • build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service
  • assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project kick-offs
  • assist the Solutions Director in identifying, pursuing, and managing sales opportunities in the HR system space, working closely to achieve sales targets
  • prepare and analyse sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to provide regular updates to the Solutions Director and senior management
  • maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and address client needs

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in the HR system industry
  • familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
