  • collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • meet and exceed performance targets, such as response time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • identify areas where the business needs to improve the support provided and work with the team to implement solutions

Requirements

  • proven customer support experience or experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment specific to the UK market
  • experience managing social media channels and online communities again is preferred but not essential
