- full-time
Requirements
- to be able to programme and operate CNC controlled machines
- to have some experience with machining on manual lathes
- to have some experience with programming and operating CNC milling machines/machining centres
- to have some experience with programming and operating Routers
- alongside your day-to-day machining role, you will be asked to supervise upto 30 production workers, as per the points below
- CNC programming: 3 years
- manual Machining: 3 years
- supervision: 2 years
Responsibility
- post: Workshop Supervisor
- to Report To: Production Manager
- report and log any findings to the Production manager on issues that may result in disciplinary action
- alongside the Quality/ Health & Safety Manager to attend and present at the monthly workforce update meetings
- to carry out such other duties the company may reasonably require you to undertake with prior authority from a Director
- to report any Health and Safety issues either noticed by yourself or concerns raised by others to the Health and Safety manager
