Responsibility
- provide a comprehensive administrative service
- oversee cafe and gallery operations in partnership with the café, gallery and Tubestation management teams
- work with staff, volunteers and the leadership team to ensure that appropriate induction training is in place
- work closely with members of the leadership team to ensure that regulatory requirements are met
- complete day to day book keeping; monthly reviews of finance; quarterly VAT returns; annual accounts
- produce relevant management information
- manage enquiries
- ensure that all systems and processes are fit for purpose and are maintained in a format which facilitates easy access to other stake holders as required
