Responsibility
- handle end-to-end recruitment process; from advert creation, screening and coordinating interview schedules with Managers, supporting with interviews as required
- liaise with approved recruitment agencies and maintain the companies ATS
- communicate with candidates effectively throughout the selection process

- managing the shared inbox, responding to all enquiries in a timely, supportive manner and escalating as necessary
- reporting to the Head of HR, this is a critical role to ensure the effective provision of HR activities, supporting across our Groups employees, consultants and freelance trainer panel with a focus on the full recruitment cycle, various HR administrative tasks and compliance requirements for our training course delivery
- completing references and liaising with external organisations, suppliers and public bodies to provide necessary details as required
