- monitor clients' progress and behavior, and document observations accurately
- facilitate group activities and support groups to promote socialization and skill-building
- assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene, as needed
- advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community
- provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
Requirements
- PMVA or MAPA
- oliver McGowan LD &Austim
- previous experience working with individuals with mental health disorders preferred
- strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- empathy, patience, and non-judgmental attitude
- knowledge of mental health principles, interventions, and resources
- mandatory Trainings

- GCSE or equivalent
