- have their own hand tools
- experienced in use of workshop woodworking machinery
- have a good eye for detail
- the ability to work confidently on their own or closely with others
- take pride in their workmanship
- work in professional manner whilst meeting tight deadlines
- CSCS card and onsite fitting experience is a bonus but not essential
