Responsibility

  • to carry out a weekly/two weekly stock take, enter this on computer and then forward to management
  • if requested to carry out ordering of supplies
  • to carry out accurate cash-up procedures at end of the day/night including analysis of x/z-reads and report any discrepancies over £5 to management via the daily report
  • to ensure all deliveries are checked in correctly and that all relevant delivery dockets/ invoices are correct
  • to maintain or propose new efficient and effective work methods and systems
  • to continually monitor beverage stock items, and communicate any shortages within the stocktake report and weekly meetings with Management
