Responsibility
- planning and managing production, workers and support activities
- ensure production schedules are adhered to
- maintaining factory health and safety standards and compliance
- monitor and report on production KPI's and metrics to ensure targets are achieved
- development and delivery of training plans for production staff
- responsible for shop floor cleanliness and organisation using 5S principles
- taking on responsibility for running of production lines and machinery, ensuring they are being used correctly and in line with company standards
