receptionist / administrator
Responsibility
- TSL Heating and Plumbing are a small independent privately owned heating and plumbing business based in Cwmbran
- we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy team in Cwmbran, South Wales
- this is a full time permanent position Monday to Friday but will include occasional Saturday morning work

- assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
- maintain office supplies
- assist in scheduling appointments and manage engineer’s diaries
- assist with entering supplier invoices
- handle outgoing mail and packages
- provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
