Responsibility
- TSL Heating and Plumbing are a small independent privately owned heating and plumbing business based in Cwmbran
- we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in Cwmbran, South Wales
- please only apply if you have a minimum of 3 years admin experience
- respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- experience in a heating and plumbing office would be advantageous but not essential
- assist in scheduling appointments and manage engineer’s diaries
- assist with entering supplier invoices
- maintain customer records by updating account information
Requirements
- previous customer service experience is essential
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
