Responsibility
first point of contact for kitchen customers in the showroom and on phone/email
carry out regular follow up calls to quoted customers
processing customer quotes within a set time period and following them up
timely placing and scheduling of customer orders and deliveries using in-house data systems
liaising directly with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules and remedial issue resolutions are maintained
maintenance and development of the showroom
checking supplier acknowledgements prior to sign off
checking customers’ own kitchen plans for errors or omissions and then preparing accurate quotes for them using our website and in-house systems
Requirements
reporting to a director level there is considerable potential to grow with the business for the right candidate
outstanding customer service skills - taking ownership of customer issues with an empathetic and time managed approach
ability to multi-task - with shifting priorities
experience of Kitchen design -The ability to interpret kitchen design plans confidently whilst applying a natural ability for extreme attention to detail
staff management experience
excellent communication skills – A natural communicator with a polished approach who is completely confident dealing with people from all walks of life, face to face in the showroom or by phone and email. Articulate verbally and in writing
kitchen design: 2 years
able to thrive under pressure - using your own initiative to maintain exacting deadlines, prioritising in an efficient, time managed organised approach
