  • availability to work early mornings or late nights, since hours will vary during event days
  • attained or currently completing a qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science or at least 2 years’ experience as an IT assistant/technician
  • previous experience working commercially within IT and Network support, including LAN/VLAN deployment
  • WLAN deployment within the Ruckus SmartZone/Zone Director environments
  • must have a genuine interest in technology with a willingness to learn
  • windows experience
  • excellent verbal communication skills

Responsibility

  • monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise
  • liaising and maintaining a good rapport with clients and third-party suppliers
