Responsibility
- § To provide cover for contracted staff during times of absence
- § In conjunction with other staff, work to provide a positive environment of temporary, homeless accommodation
- § To ensure all relevant client information is recorded appropriately
- § To liaise, and work, with other staff in regard to the needs of each client, as highlighted in the Client Occupancy Agreement, and to manage resources including premises, materials and equipment when planning appropriate activities
- § To respect client’s wishes and opinions at all times. Data protection principles, in line with Care Inspectorate standards, should be practiced throughout
- § To ensure the maintenance and safety of the residential buildings and surrounding area, in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines. Any breach of these policies to be reported to the appropriate H&S worker
