- working as an individual or as part of a team overseeing all aspects of building maintenance work from minor repairs to larger one-off projects
- supporting the Repairs Team Managers in delivering Service Delivery standards and Repairs Key Performance Indicators, maximising internal team output and minimising expenditure
- signing off NICEIC certification and all aspects of Electrical/Testing work from minor repairs to larger projects – plus managing the annual NICEIC accreditation, ensuring compliance
- line managing and supervising a team of electricians in delivering a quality, planned and responsive service for our social housing and relevant commercial works
