day to day contact to respond to any ad hoc requests and issues

influence both brand retailer initiatives, to creatively deliver a growth strategy, building upon collaborative relationships, both new and established
collaborate with retail buyers to align on marketing initiatives
Requirements
proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the beauty, personal care or luxury industry
strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively
an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving results
