Responsibility
- first point of contact for True Cadence – taking lead responsibility to ensure prompt and effective communications
- work collaboratively and creatively with the Executive Director and the Team to develop and implement the organisation's strategic plan
- manage project risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies
- communicate project progress, risks and issues to the Executive Director and project teams
- ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- manage the payroll, recruitment, training, and development of project staff, contractors and volunteers
- develop and maintain effective relationships with partners, funders, and our social network
- lead the planning and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to a high standard
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- experience in project management, preferably in the music or social enterprise sector
- demonstrated experience managing projects, including budgeting, planning, risk management, and evaluation
- proven ability to build and manage teams
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- experience in financial management, HR, and administration
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- experience in developing and implementing organisational strategies
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field
