Responsibility

  • trainee Surveyor Contract Manager - TruBuild Group Ltd
  • the role will compromise of the following duties
  • shadowing of current managers and proving support
  • packaging and sending Tenders, estimates and reports
  • assisting with the organising and planning of upcoming / ongoing projects
  • attending surveys / meeting with customers and clients
  • liaising with directly employed trades and subcontractors
  • navigating and updating client portals / software

Requirements

  • have an excellent understanding of IT
  • be able to communicate professionally at all times
  • have a basic understanding of the construction industry and basic knowledge of building practices
  • full drivers licence
