- manage daily orders, returns and exchanges on a customer portal
- check designs, wrap and finish parcels with a high attention to detail for a luxury experience
- manage courier collections and monitor invoices for correct billing
- handle customer enquiries, ensuring timely resolution
- monitor customer satisfaction levels and work with other team members to implement strategies to improve customer experience
- maintain a well ordered and tidy stock room and manage a monthly stock check
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in handling customer enquiries - eloquent email and telephone manner
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- ability to use / quickly learn to use basic customer service software
