- manage customers post booking with questions and booking amendments, including up-selling
- communicate with overseas suppliers to facilitate amendments
- assist with out-of-date range bookings where air or ground changes are commercially or logistically required
- assist with schedule changes
- support with client balance chasing
- take calls during peak times
- provide support to customers at the quote stage in the absence of the Sales Consultant. Specifically ongoing quote replies and processing of any bookings in absence of the quote owner
Requirements
- excellent verbal communication skills
- desire to seek opportunities to up-sell products & services
- good attention to detail
- prior Travel background is a huge advantage
