Responsibility
- developing and implementing creative concepts for marketing campaigns across all channels, including web, email, social media and print
- collaborating with our marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand and business objectives
- developing a deep understanding of our target audience and creating designs that resonate with them
- keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and bringing fresh ideas to the team
- mentoring and training junior designers and providing constructive feedback on their work
- liaising with suppliers, customers and printers as required
- designing and producing visually stunning graphics and layouts for digital and print marketing collateral, including ads, social media graphics, landing pages, email campaigns and print materials such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogues
Requirements
- proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of design work
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- detail-oriented, able to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- strong business acumen and an ability to understand the company's design needs
- strong conceptual skills - able to follow design briefs throughout projects from start to completion
- experience in photography beneficial but not required
