Responsibility

  • knowledge of building and construction
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
  • we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager/Foreman to join our team. We are looking for someone to work in our team within the M25 predominately and who is enthusiastic, a team player, and is eager to develop their career and knowledge
  • coordinating and supervising construction workers
  • ensuring that all staff, sub-contractors, and visitors to the site are appropriately inducted
  • supervising and overseeing the direction of the project , ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs & progress
  • ensure site security and presentation is always maintained at the correct standard

Requirements

  • preferably 2 years’ experience in the construction industry as a Site Manager
  • must have a valid SMSTS certificate
  • must have a valid CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar is preferable
  • current full UK driving licence is preferable
  • site Management: 2 years
