Requirements
- previous experience working in a credit control role is essential
- A relevant qualification in accounting or finance is desirable but not essential
- understanding of the dunning process
- strong numeracy and literacy skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders - the ability to act and communicate in a professional manner is essential
Responsibility
- allocating payments to customer accounts
- production and circulation of weekly debtors report, with robust comments against overdue debt
- providing holiday cover for other tasks as required
- ad-Hoc admin within the department supporting your colleagues
