  • trinity of Battle is offering the opportunity to join our small and very creative Kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter / Commis Chef
  • this job offered is with an immediate start, following a work trial period
  • we specialise in a modern menu with a traditional flare and you’ll be working alongside our dynamic and well established team
  • you’ll be assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen and the creation of the Chef’s specials board, A La Carte and Lunch menus
  • trinity of Battle is open for service over a 4 day working week, which is Wednesday to Saturday
  • this role is offered on a permanent basis and is a great opportunity for a someone still at catering college or who is starting out in hospitality , or indeed for someone who would like to take a step back from a higher grade position
  • we would be pleased to accommodate those wishing to continue in local catering courses, developing their skill set and bringing fresh ideas to assist in driving Trinity forward
