- evidence/background in copywriting, proof reading, journalism and media management, raising brand profile through effective use of media
- experience of leading, building and motivating a team, ensuring strong performance
- budget management, including developing an annual budget, managing work plans and monitoring
- worked in a senior strategic communications role for five years or more delivering reputation and brand management and advising the CEO/executive team/board
