to support the Customer Service Manager and the team in delivering excellent service to all our customers
handle inbound calls from customers to place orders or deal with queries
enter customer orders onto the system accurately
handle customer emails through our ticket system
use the wallboard to ensure web orders, back orders and others are ready for the warehouse ahead of cutoff
dealing with delivery and other queries in a logical and focused way, liaising with carriers and others to get the right result for the customer
various ad hoc data based tasks such as managing back orders, stock issues, customer delivery issues etc. These will usually involve making outbound calls to customers
Requirements
