Responsibility
- liaise with Production to review progress of projects against the production schedule and invoicing points for cash flow purposes
- accountable for the overall office management including facilities, cleaners, key holders, equipment, health & safety and compliance
- previous experience of management accounts, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting and project accounting
- responsible for all invoicing and credit control; outbound and inbound with clients and suppliers. Handling any late payments and liaising directly with clients
- ensure that all operations are carried out within area of responsibility, are undertaken with full regard for the safety of visitors and other members of staff
- petty cash sign off
- responsible for ensuring the quarterly VAT return is completed in a timely fashion in line with budgeting requirements and in line with any accountant advice
